Co-founder Vijay bootstrapped this quality consulting startup at the age of 26, hiring and leading a team of 5 retired senior army officials in India and helping 16 companies in various industries through successful QMS certification. This work included acting as director for the Hyderabad section of the World Quality Congress in 1996. Vijay diversified the consulting company into information technology and exited through an IPO in 1999.
